Medical Data Associate

As a member of the Data Operations Team at Loop, you will play a crucial role in maintaining clean and accurate client data. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth servicing for all clients and their employees. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable technical skills such as data management and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and other tools to maintain, validate, and analyze data - Input customer and member information accurately and efficiently into the database - Verify, validate, and sort information to prepare it for computer entry - Review data for errors, correct any issues, and ensure data accuracy - Generate reports, store completed work, and perform backup operations - Respond to information queries and collaborate with cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Energetic fresher with a medical graduation degree (pharmacists not applicable) - Experience with MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or similar tools is a plus - Ability to work independently without continuous supervision - Respect for information, data, and records in alignment with business requirements and guidelines Please note that Loop is particularly interested in candidates who are recent medical graduates and possess the necessary skills to excel in a data-driven environment.,
