Medical Data Abstractor

As a Medical Data Abstractor (MDA) at our company, your role will involve data management and curation by performing complex data abstraction and entry for specified disease and project requirements. You will be expected to actively participate in team meetings and learning sessions, while maintaining a high level of medical knowledge and expertise in electronic medical record systems. Furthermore, you will need to self-report activities such as time spent on records, audits completed, and any other reporting functions assigned by Operations and QA management teams. Key Responsibilities: - Perform complex data abstraction and data entry for specified disease and project requirements - Maintain a high level of medical knowledge and expertise in electronic medical record systems - Participate in team meetings and learning sessions - Self-report activities like time spent on records, audits completed, and other reporting functions assigned by Operations and QA management teams - Ensure compliance with minimum quality levels indicated in the QA plan for each project (>95% or higher accuracy) - Receive feedback from Quality Analyst and ensure timely reconciliation of errors - Participate in quarterly Inter rater reliability (IRR) activities - Lead or participate in special projects or client-specific initiatives as directed Qualifications Required: - Graduate / PG in Medicos: BDS, MDS, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BPT, MD - 0-5 years of experience in the clinical or non-clinical field - Should be presentable and pleasant - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines is required If you are looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your medical knowledge and data management skills, this position as a Medical Data Abstractor (MDA) may be the perfect fit for you.,
