Role & responsibilities

Handle
voice calls
with US insurance companies to follow up on medical claims.
Review and resolve billing issues and claim rejections.
Maintain accurate records of communication and claim status.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Adhere to company and HIPAA compliance policies

Preferred candidate profile

Fresh graduates
(any stream)
Good
English communication skills
(verbal & written).
Willingness to work in
night shifts (US timing)

Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
