Role Description

This full-time position is for a Medical Billing Specialist focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling insurance claim denials and follow-ups, submitting claims to insurance companies, reviewing patient accounts for accuracy, and ensuring timely reimbursement. Additionally, the role includes verifying patient insurance coverage, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining precise account records. This on-site position is located in Saidabad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and a strong understanding of ICD-10 coding
• Ability to manage Denials and efficiently follow up on claims with insurance providers
• Knowledge of Insurance processes, including experience working with Medicare claims
• Strong organizational and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and insurers
• Problem-solving abilities to address billing discrepancies and ensure account accuracy
• Familiarity with RCM processes or prior experience in medical billing is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical billing or related fields are an advantage
