Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Billing Specialist - AR Calling in our Saidabad office. The responsibilities include managing accounts receivable processes, handling insurance follow-ups, resolving denials, working with medical terminology, and monitoring claims for Medicare and other insurance providers. The specialist will also identify and address outstanding claims, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and coding standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Terminology, ICD-10, and Insurance billing processes
• Experience in managing Denials and implementing effective resolution strategies
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and other healthcare insurance policies
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical billing records
• Excellent communication skills for handling AR calling and resolving claims
• Ability to work on-site in Saidabad and collaborate effectively with team members
• Proficiency in relevant medical billing and coding software is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role in the healthcare billing industry is desirable
