We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Billing Manager to oversee and manage physician billing operations for multiple Canadian provinces. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of provincial healthcare billing systems (OHIP, MSP, AHCIP, etc.), strong analytical skills, and a passion for healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end physician billing for multiple Canadian provinces
• Submit claims through platforms such as OHIP, MSP, AHCIP, RAMQ, and others
• Track and resolve claim rejections, underpayments, and billing discrepancies
• Generate billing reports and ensure accurate financial reconciliation
• Stay updated on billing rules and fee schedule changes in each province
• Coordinate with physicians and clinic teams to improve workflow efficiency
• Supervise junior billing staff and provide training/support as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Canadian physician billing
• Strong working knowledge of OHIP, MSP, AHCIP, RAMQ, or other provincial systems
• Experience using EMR and billing software (Oscar, Accuro, Telus Health, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
• Previous team leadership experience is an asset
• Post-secondary education in healthcare administration or related field is preferred
