Medical Affairs

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Medical Affairs specialist in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

• Design and implement medical research strategies to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and content.
• Provide medical input on product development, including literature reviews and expert opinions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
• Create and deliver training programs for sales teams on medical products and services.
• Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Work with the marketing department to promote the company's healthcare services/products and provide input for design and content of marketing materials.
• Liaise between doctors and the company, identifying KOLs and expert speakers for insights, and develop training and educational material and programs.
• Manage all educational content and materials related to diagnostics product lines and associated disease states, publications, and arrange CMEs with KOLs.
• Deliver medical input series for marketing products through PMS trials, protocols, monographs, PI, crisp reference book with medical information for Visual aid and LBL, and validate copy and medical input generated from the marketing end.
• Work with HCP Bodies, FOGSI, IAP, etc., to co-create medical content/guidelines and articles on used cases, collaborating with Patient Societies to create awareness and importance of Hb content, and agencies to develop medical scripts on used cases.
• Explore patient journeys to identify business opportunities and establish new medical practices while managing relevant KOLs and HCP bodies like FOGSI, IAP, IMA, etc.
• Drive alliances with corporate, institutional, and distribution partners, manage allied assignments such as clinical trials, market research, medical content creation/validation, team-training, CMEs, and promo-content creation.
