Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to lead cinema advertising sales in Jaypur. You’ll be responsible for pitching cinema advertising solutions to local and regional clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and pitch cinema advertising packages
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and ad agencies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the operations team for ad placements and campaign execution
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
• Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in advertising/media sales (cinema, OOH, radio, or print preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the local market (Jaypur/Sambalpur)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
