About the Role-Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Media Production Specialist to join our Media & Communication team. The role requires hands-on expertise in videography, photography, and video editing, supporting both academic content creation and institutional promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate should be a skilled visual storyteller with technical proficiency and a strong sense of creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit faculty lecture videos for online learning platforms.
• Provide videography and photography support during campus events, seminars, and student activities.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and institutional promotions.
• Maintain an organized video and photo archive for easy access and reuse.
• Collaborate with the Media & Communication team on creative campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality media content under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and post-production for multiple formats (social media, educational, promotional).
• Working knowledge of photography techniques and audio/video equipment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in media production, video editing, or digital content creation.
• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Film Studies, or a related field.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in an educational institution or related field will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
