Media Manager

Job Purpose: To manage and execute digital marketing content strategies across social media, email, and performance marketing platforms, ensuring increased engagement and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) and analyze performance from content point of view.
Develop and implement email marketing strategies (newsletters, drip campaigns).
Coordinate with the content, video, and SEO teams for cohesive marketing efforts.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new marketing tools.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Ads).
Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
Creative thinking and visual storytelling.

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in digital marketing or media management
