Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage Google Search and YouTube advertising campaigns across various industries. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to develop high-converting campaigns. - Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets to meet KPIs. - Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad copies and video creatives tailored for search and video platforms. - Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices on Google Ads and YouTube. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (1-2 years) in paid media buying with a focus on Google Search and YouTube Ads. - In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, ad groups, extensions, bidding strategies, and performance tracking. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. - Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA). - Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization. - Google Ads Certification preferred.
