Role Overview: You will be joining a performance marketing team as a Media Buyer with expertise in Google Search Campaigns and YouTube Ads at BingeMarketing. Your main responsibility will be to plan, execute, and manage paid media strategies to optimize ROI and conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage Google Search and YouTube advertising campaigns across various industries. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to develop high-converting campaigns. - Continuously monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets to meet KPIs. - Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad copies and video creatives tailored for search and video platforms. - Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices on Google Ads and YouTube. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (1-2 years) in paid media buying with a focus on Google Search and YouTube Ads. - In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, ad groups, extensions, bidding strategies, and performance tracking. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. - Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable results (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA). - Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization. - Google Ads Certification preferred.
