Role Overview:

The selected candidates will be part of the foundational team, supporting in analyzing, categorizing, and reporting on media content across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze news articles, online publications, and broadcast media.
• Summarize key findings into structured reports.
• Classify content based on predefined categories and parameters.
• Track sentiment, tone, and thematic trends in media coverage.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to ensure quality and consistency in outputs.
• Contribute to process documentation and improvements during the pilot phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English (knowledge of regional/foreign languages will be an added advantage).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with media monitoring, research, or content analysis is desirable (not mandatory).

Experience:

• Fresh graduates or up to 1–2 years of experience in Journalism, Media Research, or Content Analysis.

Key Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and critical thinking ability.
• Good understanding of current affairs and media landscape.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
