Mechatronics Engineer

Job Summary:

The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for maintaining automated systems with proactive prediction & Preventive maintenance along with Kaizens, comprises of mechanical, electrical, and software components. The role involves conceptualizing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reliability, and productivity across machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the mechatronic systems, including mechanical equipment, electrical controls, and embedded systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to Upkeep the equipment with meeting the target of MTFB/MTTR/ Downtime & OEE.
• Perform system simulations, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Develop technical documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic.
• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechatronic systems.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of automated systems.
• Evaluate new technologies and suggest improvements in existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Training to Team members

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, Electrica, control systems, and electronics.
• Experience with PLC programming, robotics, and embedded systems.
• Strong Knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics components
