Mechanical Supervisor

The role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of mechanical technicians and workers, overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies is a key responsibility. Regular inspections are conducted to identify and resolve mechanical issues, with preventive maintenance being planned and scheduled to avoid equipment breakdowns. Collaboration with engineers and project managers is essential to improve mechanical efficiency. Training and guiding junior technicians and workers are part of the role, along with maintaining records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory. Troubleshooting mechanical failures and recommending improvements are also important tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or supervision. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints are required. Leadership, team management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices is also necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
