  • Need to have experience in Dri / Sponge Iron
  • Supervise plant operations and ensure compliance with safety and production standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and schedule repairs.
  • Monitor production parameters and adjust as necessary to maintain product quality.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production data and incidents.
  • Lead and mentor shift team members, providing training and performance evaluations.
  • Handle emergencies and troubleshoot operational problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall plant performance.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (Sop)s within the plant.
