Urgent Requirement Post : Quality Inspector Company : Reputed Mining Construction Parts Manufacturing Company Qualification : Diploma / B.tech in Mechanical Exp. : Min. 1 - 3yrs in Quality Department Salary : 13k - 15k (Negotiable Upto 17k) Location : Howrah Plant Instrument Knowledge : Vernier Scale, Micrometer, Height gauge, Apg, Vacancy : No. 4 Job Description Ensure adherence to the strict quality control procedure in shop floor. Ability to handle various types gauge, vernier caliper, micrometer, Apg, height gauge extra use for measurement and inspection. Visually and dimensionally inspection of manufacturing part as per accept criteria. Daily meeting with team quality improvement rejection review control etc. Monitoring the line to ensure standard operating procedure to meet the customer required. Resolving quality related issues with deadline. Give awareness training regarding latest customer complaint, to raise quality alerts. Preparation check sheet, layout inspection report Review and provide acceptance to material the next process. Knowledge about Ndt and Rockwell hardness and Brinell hardness testing . Approval of sop tool change first off report, first piece and last piece approval process. Knowledge about engineering drawing and control plan. Knowledge of 7 qc tool and Capa 8d process. Knowledge dynamic Microsoft ax and basic Excel power point.
