Mechanical Product Assistant

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Experience: Fresher to 1 year experience

Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (two Saturdays off in a month, after probation)

ABOUT THE ROLE-

Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. is India’s leading K–12 experiential Ed-tech company building industrial-grade STEAM skill labs and hands-on learning kits. We are seeking a talented Mechanical associate to support our lab installations and internal product design. The role involves assembly, fabrication, testing, installation and maintenance of mechanical components, used in AeroBay school labs and D2C products. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing and building new products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

· Build, assemble and test mechanical parts, linkages, and structures for STEM kits and lab products.

· Participate in AeroBay school lab installations.

· Support mechanical maintenance during school events, workshops, exhibitions, etc.

· Maintain design and checklist documents for internal processes.

· Ensure proper labeling, packaging, safety and storage of mechanical parts.

· Run quality checks before shipment or deployment.

REQUIREMENTS-

· Minimum qualification – diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Design studies is mandatory.

· Fresher to 1 year relevant experience.

· Basic understanding of mechanical systems, linkages, gears, fixtures, rotating mechanisms, and structural parts.

· Ability to interpret basic 2D/3D diagrams and assembly instructions.

· Comfortable using cutting and drilling tools, various other equipments.

· Exposure to 3D printing, CNC, laser cutting, basic understanding of CAD is a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment.
