Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Piping Design Engineer specializing in the Oil & Gas industry, located in Pundri. The Mechanical Piping Design Engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical piping systems using Plant 3D software, creating P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and ensuring the accuracy and functionality of designs. Daily tasks include collaborating with project teams, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role also involves periodic maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the efficient operation of piping systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Plant 3D software
• Experience in creating and interpreting P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
• Skills in Inspection and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Maintenance skills, particularly in mechanical systems
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with project teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Additional experience in the automotive industry is a plus
