Job Overview:

We are looking for a Machine Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Wellversed Health Private Limited. The role involves assembling, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery—particularly milling machines and filling machines—to ensure they function smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble machines, including milling machines and filling machines, as per technical and production requirements.
• Inspect machines regularly and identify mechanical, electrical, or operational issues.
• Perform on-site repairs and adjustments to ensure smooth and safe machine operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns or malfunction reports in production machinery.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance, including lubrication and calibration.
• Refill fluids and replace worn-out or defective parts in machines.
• Maintain proper operation of milling heads, cutting tools, augers, pistons, valves, and filling nozzles, as applicable.
• Instruct machine operators on daily maintenance practices and preventive care.
• Keep clear and timely records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance in a manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of milling machines, filling machines, and other industrial equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
• Proficiency in using tools like screwdrivers, hammers, spanners, and measuring instruments
• Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, motors, sensors, etc.
• Good communication and documentation skills
