Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities, equipment, and machinery. Your role will involve conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential issues, responding to emergency maintenance requests, and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements. Additionally, you will ensure that all work is performed safely and complies with relevant health, safety, and OSHA regulations. You will also lead safety inspections, implement safety procedures, maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, and act as a liaison between the maintenance team and senior management. Moreover, you will coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and liaise with external vendors and contractors to manage their work.
