Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor at our leading company in the flexible packaging industry, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure the efficient operation of our machinery. Your expertise in mechanical maintenance will be crucial in maintaining optimal machinery performance and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure optimal machinery performance. - Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in industrial packaging equipment. - Oversee the installation, setup, and commissioning of new machinery. - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and spare parts inventory. - Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/ITI/Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the flexible packaging industry. - Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. - Proven experience in team leadership and supervision. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.,
