Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Qualification and Requirement

- Diploma (MECH) / BE (MECH)

- Required 5+ years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance

- Good Communication skill & Analytical skill

- Ensure Safety and compliances in Man, Machines & Materials.

- Responsible for Condition Based Monitoring Maintenance (CBM), Time Based Maintenance (TBM) and Corrective Maintenance

- Experts in Utility Management

- Machine Geometrical alignments

- Process improvements and process optimization.

- Analyzing data to identify trends, improve equipment reliability and enhance overall performance.

- Trouble shooting and problem solving in CNC Machines, SPM, Hydraulics and Numatics

- Knowledge in CNC controllers

- Knowledge in MTTR and MTTF

- To ensure the OEE and TPM / 5s / Kaizen systems are followed

- Identify Critical Spares and ensure availability at all times.

- Managing Maintenance budget

- Knowledge in installing new equipment or Machinery.

- Project management is added advantages

- Maintain details records of Maintenance activities.

- Creating Maintenance procedures is added advantages.
