Job Description

Qualification and Requirement: -

B.E Mechanical Engineering or relevant design calculation experience.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design calculations, FEA, or related engineering roles.
Strong proficiency in ANSYS for structural analysis and finite element modeling.
Experience with Solid Edge or other advanced 3D modeling software.
Prior experience in bearing design calculation and wind energy industries is advantageous.
MATLAB knowledge and experience are advantageous.
Good knowledge in Solid works,
Basic knowledge in Ansys,
Expert in Solid Edge or 3D model software,
Perform FEA using ANSYS to evaluate Stress and fatigue life of components,
Good communication and interpret to foreigner.

Job Role: -

Conduct detailed design calculations for bearing components and related assemblies, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
Perform finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS to evaluate stress, strain and fatigue life of components.
Review and validate simulation results, providing technical reports and documentation.
Identify opportunities for design improvements to enhance product endurance, efficiency, and costeffectiveness .

Proficiency in engineering design software (ANSYS, Solid Edge)
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and bearing design
Ability to interpret and validate complex simulation results
Knowledge of industry standards and engineering specifications
Strong communication and technical documentation abilities
Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
