Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and a proven track record of managing maintenance activities in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and machinery.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and HVAC systems.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
