Mechanical Engineering Manager

Role Overview: As a Mechanical Engineering Manager for one of our esteemed clients in Bengaluru, India, you will be responsible for leading mechanical engineering projects, supporting presales activities, conducting technical demos for global customers, and mentoring young engineers in leading mechanical design tools. Your role will involve managing and overseeing projects, conducting CAD & PLM product demos, preparing design proposals, and ensuring project delivery quality with adherence to timelines and scope. Additionally, you will be training engineering students/professionals on mechanical design software and traveling as required for client meetings and demos. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee mechanical engineering projects end-to-end. - Conduct CAD & PLM product demos for clients across India and international regions. - Prepare design proposals, time and cost estimates, and presales documentation. - Ensure project delivery quality with adherence to timelines and scope. - Train engineering students/professionals on mechanical design software. - Travel as required for client meetings and demos. Qualification Required: - 7+ years of experience in Mechanical/Automotive/Aerospace/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering fields. - Strong presales exposure including proposals, estimations, and technical presentations. - Proficiency in CAD tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA V5, Creo, NX. - Knowledge of PLM tools: Windchill, Enovia, Teamcenter. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Willingness to work with global time zones and travel as needed.,
