Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer position is currently open for immediate requirement, and candidates are expected to join promptly. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing the daily service maintenance and repair needs of customers" equipment. Your key responsibilities will include conducting basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment, as well as completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications. It will be crucial to order and manage repair parts cycle times efficiently and maintain proper communication with customers to ensure timely resolution and follow-up. In addition to technical tasks, you will be required to maintain customer service logs, internal service records, tools, and test equipment. Compliance with Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety, and other regulatory requirements is essential. You will also be expected to identify and participate in sales opportunities, working closely with the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical field and may include freshers in field service. This is a full-time position based in Vandalur, Tamil Nadu, requiring a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
