Job Description

As an R&D Engineer at our company, your primary role will be to design, develop, and enhance products, processes, or technologies to align with our innovation strategy. This will involve conducting research, performing experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet market and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new products, components, or technologies from concept to prototype and full-scale production. - Improve existing designs for performance, reliability, cost reduction, safety, or manufacturability. - Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and technical evaluations. - Perform literature reviews, benchmarking, and competitive analysis. - Design and execute experiments, collect data, and interpret results. - Utilize engineering tools such as CAD, simulation software, and modeling tools to support design and analysis. - Prepare technical documentation, test reports, design specifications, and project plans. - Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and other departments for successful product development. - Support prototype builds and trials while troubleshooting engineering issues. - Develop testing procedures and validation protocols. - Conduct laboratory tests, field tests, and performance evaluations. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and customer support. - Present findings, recommendations, and design concepts to stakeholders. - Interface with suppliers, research institutions, and external partners when necessary. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Materials, or related field). - Experience: 5+ years of experience in research and development, product design, or related engineering roles. Experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.) and/or simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB, COMSOL). - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, excellent communication and documentation skills, creativity, and passion for innovation. - Preferred Qualifications: Experience in rapid prototyping, 3D printing, or IoT/automation technologies, familiarity with quality systems (ISO, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFMEA), hands-on laboratory or shop-floor experience. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. Bachelor's degree is required, and 1 year of work experience is preferred.
