Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Mechanical Engineer with 6 to 15 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the agrochemical industry, located in Gujarat.

Roles and Responsibility

Erection, installation, and commissioning of various types of static and rotary equipment and piping work.
Coordination with other engineering disciplines for smooth project implementation and timely delivery of construction drawings.
Preparation of piping BOQ from P&ID and review/verification of AUTOCAD & PDMS generated equipment layouts, Piping GAs, isometrics, and models.
Inspection of reactors, tanks, utility equipment, and submission of reports to Head - Project.
Ensuring proper sequence of project activities, procurement, and operation to ensure timely completion.
Review and checking of documents like MDS, MR, Design Basis, PMS/VDS, P&ID, Equipment G.A, Structure G.A, Piping G.A, and Isometric.

Job Requirements

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the agrochemical industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, reactor design, and autocad.
Experience in green field projects and maintenance engineering is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
