We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of proven expertise in mechanical engineering, project execution, maintenance, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should be ready to contribute immediately and bring value to our ongoing and upcoming projects in Bharuch, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee mechanical engineering activities for plant operations, projects, and maintenance.
• Handle equipment design, installation, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and technicians.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Implement best practices for safety, quality, and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of rotating & static equipment, piping, and plant utilities.
• Experience in project execution, shutdown planning, and maintenance.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
