Qualification & Experience : Diploma /BE in Electrical or Mechanical with 3 to 4 years experience in manufacturing industry Reporting To: Dy. Manager Machine-shop Maintenance SKILL : Technical skill : Knowledge Mechanical & Electrical basics Ability to read and understand Electrical & mechanical drawings Basic knowledge of operation & maintenance of Electrical and mechanical equipments Understand all procedures and electrical & Mechanical safety rules Ability to plan and get completed installation & repair of critical mechanical as well as electrical assemblies Ability to plan and get completed installation of HT/LT cables, conduits, Cable connections, motor starters, etc Knowledge of Preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, Conventional machines & Utility equipment's, QMS Documentation, HIRA & AI Computer Knowledge Soft Skill : Communication Skill Problem solving skill Decision making skill Supervisory skill Reporting To: Dy. Maintenance Manager Job Description : Responsibilities, Prepare preventive maintenance plan, schedule and execution accordingly Maintain all maintenance MIS documents (MTTR, MTBF, Breakdown analysis, cost consumption) To maintain records and External electrical inspector observation closure Responsible for daily routine maintenance activities. Attending machine breakdowns, resolve the machine related issues Carry out Preventive maintenance activities as per the plan, and follow supervisor & maintenance managers instructions Maintain 5S Accountability: To ensure &Maintain all maintenance related records & register (History cards, Breakdown register etc) Preventive Maintenance plan VS achievement 100% achievement To ensure Attending breakdown in time. Manpower allocation History card Updation
