Designation : Foundry Maintenance Manager Qualification & Experience : DME-BE/MECH As a Foundry Maintenance Manger with 10-15 years experience in Foundry Industry. SKILL : Technical Skill : Electrical knowledge Mechanical knowledge Hydraulic knowledge Pneumatic Knowledge PLC programing IATF QMS , SAFETY & 5 S Soft Skill : Communication skill Leadership skill Manpower Management Maintenance Problem solving techniques. Decision Making Skill Leadership Skill Analytical skill . Liaising skill Reporting To: GM Foundry /Management REPORTEE NO : 03 Job Description: Responsibilities Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation To Plan preventive maintenance .. To reduce break down of foundry and fettling department. To maintain machine history card for maintenance and breakdown. To prepare daily consumption of electricity and fuel. Tracking of machinery and its daily maintenance / operational Schedule. Executing day to day activities in maintenance Dept & Allocating Man power. Maintaining /Servicing /reconditioning of spares to use any time. To ensure Maintaining critical spares as per requirement Reducing MTTR and Increasing MTBF. Maintaining records for IATF, TPM. Attending Breakdowns. Carrying out Preventive and predictive maintenance and recording the same. Analyzing the Break downs and taking actions for root cause Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff &leading a team successfully. Identify training needs of staff & worker & train people. Accountability: To ensure Compliance of preventive maintenance is to be done 100% as per plan. To ensure Maintaining critical spares as per requirement Goal setting & submission of goal of all department
