🔧 Role & Responsibilities

• Design

  plastic injection mould tools and tooling components

• Design

  jigs, fixtures, gauges, and production support tooling

• Support

  SPM tooling, mechanisms, and machine assemblies

• Create and modify

  3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings

• Perform

  tooling feasibility studies and concept development

• Prepare

  BOMs, tolerances, and technical documentation

• Coordinate with

  tool room, manufacturing teams, and vendors

• Support

  tool trials, modifications, and continuous improvement

🧠 What We Are Looking For

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Tool Design
• 1–5 years of experience in

  tool design, jigs & fixtures, or SPM tooling

• Strong working knowledge of

  SolidWorks and AutoCAD

• Understanding of

  plastic injection moulding and tooling principles

• Knowledge of

  jigs, fixtures, GD&T, tolerances, and fits

• Basic exposure to

  SPM mechanisms (mechanical / pneumatic)

• Ability to prepare

  manufacturing-ready drawings

• CIPET graduates preferred

• Strong learning mindset and ownership attitude
