Precision Tooling Engineer : responsible for the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of tools, jigs, fixtures, and molds/dies that require very strict tolerances, dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and stability. - Output : Tool-ability Assessment Report, Tooling Cost Estimate, Review and approval of the mold structure design by the mold designer (core/cavity, runner/gate, cooling channels, ejector, surface finishing, etc.), Completed mold design drawings (3D + 2D) and mold specification sheet (Tooling Specification Sheet), CAD tooling design, 2D/3D drawing production, GD&T dimension tolerance definition document, Mold design review
