Description
As a Client Relationship Manager in Signage/Printing, your role involves managing various projects related to banking & corporate branding, oil sector projects, and new product development. Your responsibilities include: - Managing faade signage, ACP cladding, LED displays, and corporate branding projects for banking & corporate clients. - Overseeing canopy fabrication, pylon installation, high-mast signage, and other retail outlet branding requirements in the oil sector. - Applying strong knowledge of signage structures, fabrication tools, materials, and site execution processes. - Ensuring timely project delivery through effective team coordination, vendor/contractor management, and quality supervision. - Maintaining clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication with clients throughout the project. - Interpreting and creating mechanical designs/drawings for signage structures. - Managing the end-to-end process of new signage product design and prototyping. - Overseeing on-site execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. - Leading and motivating a team of 10-15 members, delegating responsibilities effectively, and tracking performance against project goals. - Working with ERP systems, AutoCAD, Google Drive, and MS Office for project management and reporting. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - Strong understanding of materials such as MS, SS, and Aluminium, along with mechanical processes. - Ability to read and interpret client drawings and translate them into execution plans. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and project communication tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional email drafting ability. - Polite, responsible, and solution-driven approach to client and team interactions. - Prior experience in signage fabrication, branding, or related industry is highly preferred.
