Please Note- It is a 3rd part roll position (Off roll)

Job Location- Noida

Qualification- B.Tech (Regular/ Full time)

Role & Responsibilities-

• To make 3D model and 2D drawings for new models & update drawings and get tools corrected for quality, process problems
• Coordination with vendor to Prototype making, Prototype validation and corrections.
• FMEA and Design review for new models.
• Tool design review and approval.
• Attend trial of new part at supplier end and giving approvals.
• Updating and making documents as per ISO 9001 / 14001 standards, Stage Gate process and Wind-chill adherence.
• Resolving design related quality issues observed during pilot lot.
• Release ECN for any drawing changes.
• Benchmarking of competition product/ best practices followed in industry.
• BOM making for new models.
• Value engineering through innovative designs / design changes

Technical Skills Required:

• Softwares: AutoCAD, Creo, Microsoft Office
• Processes: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, Stage- Gate NPI process, Design Changes, Innovation etc

Functional Skills Required:

• Sound knowledge 3D software Pro E and Auto Cad
• Ability to create multiple concepts with varying features and merits
• Sound knowledge of New product development process / steps
• Sound knowledge of Design concepts/ Material properties / manufacturing process
• GD&T and ability to do worst case stack up is preferred.
• Communication and Presentation Skill
