Job Description

Conduct training: Deliver hands-on training sessions on various mechanical CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
Teach core concepts: Instruct students on fundamental mechanical design principles, 2D drafting, and 3D modeling techniques.
Project guidance: Guide students through real-world design projects and case studies to build practical skills.
Assess progress: Track student progress, maintain attendance records, and provide feedback.
Curriculum development: Assist in developing and updating training materials and lesson plans.
Provide support: Offer hands-on practice and troubleshooting support to students.
Maintain a learning environment: Ensure a positive, motivating, and effective learning environment for participants.

Required skills and qualifications

Proficiency in at least two relevant CAD software applications, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
A portfolio of previous CAD models is often required.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and drafting techniques.
Ability to create and deliver engaging lectures and training sessions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to guide and support students.
Experience in teaching or training, or a strong desire to help others learn, is beneficial.
