Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Mechanical CAD Faculty to join our training team. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering effective instruction, mentoring students, and ensuring they gain strong theoretical and practical expertise in CAD software for mechanical design.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and lab training sessions in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or Creo / Inventor.
• Design and update course curriculum, training materials, and projects to meet industry standards.
• Provide hands-on guidance and practical demonstrations for 2D drafting, 3D modeling, assembly, simulation, and design validation.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and support learners in achieving certification and job readiness.
• Stay updated with the latest CAD software developments and integrate new features into the training modules.
• Collaborate with the training team to organize workshops, seminars, and industry-oriented projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following software:
• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks
• Creo or Autodesk Inventor
• Prior teaching/training experience in CAD (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
