Should have very good hands on using Auto Cad
Should be specialized in Fire fighting and Plumbing system
Should be specialized in HVAC system
The candidate should know how to do Detailing of Process water, water supply, drainage, and fire fighting systems (like sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, etc.) as per standards
They should know how to coordinate plumbing and firefighting layouts with other disciplines (like architecture, structure, and HVAC) to avoid clashes
Should have good communication skills
Added advantage if candidate have an hands on with Revit
