What would you do? Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Commercial Manager to lead and optimize our commercial operations at Accenture. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with our business objectives, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the effective management of key commercial relationships.Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectivesAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings and marketing strategies with customer needs Manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts to secure advantageous terms Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvementLead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with overall business goals Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the commercial teamRequired and Preferred
QualificationsRequired:8+ years of experience in commercial management or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth Strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis and forecasting Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
