Measurement Engineer

Job Summary
The Site Measurement Engineer is responsible for visiting customer locations after sales confirmation, taking accurate measurements, understanding customization requirements, assessing site conditions, and coordinating with production and installation teams for error-free product manufacturing and installation.Key Responsibilities
1. Site Visit & Measurement

• Visit customers’ sites after sales conversion.
• Take accurate measurements for doors, wardrobes, windows, modular products, or any customized items.
• Identify site constraints, alignment issues, and technical feasibility.
• Prepare measurement sheets and drawings with precision.

2. Customer Coordination

• Communicate with customers regarding measurement time and requirements.
• Explain any technical limitations or additional requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and clarity before production.

3. Technical Documentation

• Prepare measurement reports, sketches, and site photos.
• Update ERP/CRM with measurement details.
• Submit documents to design, production, and installation teams for further process.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with sales team, production team, and installation supervisors.
• Clarify customization needs to ensure accurate product manufacturing.
• Provide approval for final BOQ and production sheets.

5. Quality & Accuracy

• Ensure zero-error measurement to prevent rework, material loss, or customer dissatisfaction.
• Follow measurement standards and company guidelines.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety protocols during site visits.
• Ensure measurements comply with company norms and fitment rules.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma /10th /12th / BE in Civil, Mechanical, Interior, Architecture (preferred)
• Field experience in carpentry, fabrication, or installation is an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–5 years in site measurement, site survey, installation, or related technical field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
