Job Description

MDM & Intune Operations Support Specialist

5- 8 Years Experience

Prefer: Immediate to 30 days joiners

Role Summary:

Intune Operational Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for

    Microsoft Intune

    ,

    Autopilot

    , and

    Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC)

    .
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of Windows 10/11 devices using

    connected configuration

    and

    modern provisioning

    techniques.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of

    security policies

    ,

    compliance baselines

    , and

    application deployments

    via Intune.
  • Collaborate with the team on

    technical scripting

    ,

    feature rollouts

    , and

    channel management

    for Windows and Office.
  • Participate in

    testing and deployment

    of Windows OS changes, including upgrades and patching.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve third-line support issues related to client devices, infrastructure, and platform changes.
  • Contribute to the resolution of

    end-of-service-life (EOSL)

    concerns and ensure platform readiness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
  • Support the delivery of

    technical projects

    and

    continuous service improvements

    .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or endpoint management.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Microsoft Intune

    ,

    Autopilot

    , and

    Azure AD

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Windows 10/11

    ,

    Office 365

    , and

    modern device management

    practices.
  • Familiarity with

    PowerShell scripting

    for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with

    security tools

    such as

    WDAC

    and

    Thycotic

    (or other privileged access management tools).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g.,

    MD-102

    ,

    MS-102

    ,

    AZ-104

    ).
  • Experience with

    Windows feature updates

    ,

    channel management

    , and

    connected configuration

    .
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools.
