Description

The MDMD EDQ (Master Data Management and Data Quality) role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data management to develop and enforce data quality standards and practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement data quality strategies for enterprise data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and report on data quality metrics to track improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.
Provide training and support to team members on data quality tools and techniques.
Act as a point of contact for data quality issues and drive resolution processes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in data management or data quality roles.
Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and data quality best practices.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools such as Python or R.
Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
