Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician specializing in Monitoring and Vibration to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vibration analysis, with a focus on ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of machinery through rigorous monitoring techniques.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee monitoring and vibration analysis projects.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of monitoring equipment.
Analyze data collected from vibration monitoring systems to identify potential issues.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve vibration-related problems.
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on best practices for monitoring and analysis.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on monitoring findings and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all monitoring activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in vibration analysis and monitoring.
Proficiency in vibration analysis software and tools such as SKF, Brel & Kjr, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Knowledge of maintenance practices and predictive maintenance techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
