• Configure and manage MDM systems, ensuring devices are properly enrolled, configured, and secured.
• Create and enforce policies related to mobile device usage, security, and access to corporate resources.
• Resolve issues related to mobile devices and MDM systems, providing support to end-users.
• Ensure mobile devices are compliant with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor MDM infrastructure, identify potential issues, and optimize performance.
• Work with IT and security teams, as well as other departments, to ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions.
• Maintain documentation for MDM configurations, policies, and procedures.
