MC Tech Advisory, Associate

As an Associate in Technology Advisory at RSM, you will work with businesses from diverse industries on digital transformation projects and offer strategic advice on emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, assessing business processes, and implementing IT solutions to enhance client organizations" capabilities. You will be instrumental in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting business needs to drive innovation and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist clients in their digital transformation journeys, from strategy development to roadmap implementation - Advise CIOs on optimizing IT departments and capabilities - Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and end-users - Conduct technology assessments and software selections - Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions - Prioritize initiatives based on business requirements - Update and maintain procedures, and develop project plans - Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior staff - Network internally and externally to identify sales opportunities - Stay informed about the latest process and digital advancements **Qualifications Required:** - 1-4 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or digital transformation - Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CPM, and other enterprise platforms - Previous experience in advising on digital adoption and automation - Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and IT application lifecycle - Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or Business Information Systems - Proficiency in software solutions such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Smartsheet - Experience with database management (Microsoft SQL, Access) - Certification in COBIT, ITIL, PMP, TOGAF (preferred) - Background in PE and/or M&A transactions (preferred) - Ability to travel up to 50% throughout North America,
