Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Conduct emergency interventions as required. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and regulatory requirements. Assist in training and mentoring junior medical staff. Stay updated on the latest medical guidelines and technologies. Manage patient admissions and discharges in the ICU. Promote a safe and sterile environment for patient care. Develop initiatives to improve patient care quality in the ICU. Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Valid medical license to practice in India. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU settings. Strong knowledge of critical care protocols. Excellent clinical assessment skills. Proficient in emergency medical procedures. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Commitment to continuous professional development. Knowledge of infection control practices. Capacity to handle ethical dilemmas in patient care. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to collaborate with various healthcare professionals. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
