Innayat Medical, a rapidly growing medical tourism organization based in Gurugram, is inviting applications from qualified and motivated MBBS Doctors to join its international patient care and clinical coordination division. This role is ideal for doctors seeking a career in medical tourism, international healthcare coordination, and corporate clinical operations.

Job Location: Sector 50, Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Full-Time (WFO)

Number of Openings: 2 Positions

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 (based on experience and profile)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical screening and initial case assessment of international patients
• Review and analyze medical records, imaging, and investigation reports
• Prepare treatment summaries and case presentations for consultants and hospitals
• Coordinate with multi-specialty hospitals, surgeons, and clinical teams
• Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment medical guidance
• Communicate medical information to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow-up records
• Ensure ethical medical practice and patient safety
• Support internal clinical coordination and operational processes

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS qualification is mandatory
• Foreign MBBS graduates are preferred
• Candidates who have not yet fulfilled NMC eligibility guidelines or have not cleared the FMGE examination may also apply
• Fresh MBBS graduates are welcome
• Medical registration in India or abroad is an added advantage but not mandatory at the time of application
• Good clinical knowledge, documentation skills, and communication ability
• Willingness to work in a medical tourism and corporate healthcare environment
