You will be responsible for effectively managing the sales, operations, marketing, and administration of the Showroom at MALABAR GROUP HEAD QUARTERS. You will need to understand sales, profitability, and other business targets, along with the achievement methodology. Additionally, you will be required to suggest sales efficiency, quality improvements, and cost optimization benchmarking leading practices. It is important to maintain the stock level and its replenishment according to sales and customer preferences. You will interact with customers to understand their requirements, buying patterns, and ensure that they are served as per the Brand Promise. Familiarity with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential. Moreover, you will suggest measures for cost savings through the implementation of processes and understand sales, product, customer purchase behavior, and market trends.
