MBA/ PGDM Graduates for Retail Operations

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Executive at Malabar Group Headquarters, your main responsibility is to effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing, and administration of the showroom. You will be expected to understand sales, profitability, and other business targets, as well as suggest improvements in sales efficiency, quality, and cost optimization. Your role will also involve maintaining stock levels, interacting with customers to understand their requirements, and ensuring that they are served according to the Brand Promise. Additionally, you will need to understand and implement the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest measures for cost savings through process implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the sales, operations, marketing, and administration of the showroom - Analyze sales data and suggest improvements - Maintain stock levels and replenish as per sales and customer preferences - Interact with customers to understand their requirements and buying patterns - Ensure customers are served as per the Brand Promise - Understand and implement company SOPs - Identify measures for cost savings through process implementation - Understand sales, product, customer purchase behavior, and market trends Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of sales data analysis and market trends - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Please note that this job is full-time and the work location is in person at Malabar Group Headquarters.
